New federal poster required for the workplace in 2012
The National Labor Relations Board has extended the posting deadline of the Employee Rights poster which serves to notify employees of their rights under the National Labor Relations Act (NLRA). The newly mandated poster is now available:

As of April 30, 2012, private-sector employers, an estimated six million businesses, whose workplaces fall under the NLRA's jurisdiction, will be required to display the Employee Rights notice where other workplace notices are displayed.
The poster informs employees of their rights under the NLRA such as the right to organize and join a union, discuss terms and conditions of employment with coworkers, the right to strike and collective bargaining.
Failure to post this notice will be treated as an unfair labor practice.
The Complete Compliance Federal poster ensures you remain in compliance.
Failure to post all required State and Federal posters can open up your business to excessive fines and potential labor law disputes.
